    Skiing is dnfeeatily a benefit for those trying to loose weight. From first hand experience, i\\\'ve found that even those who only need to loose a little weight can achieve it quite easily. In my experience this is due to 3 main factors:1:Exercise Due to the extended duration of physical activity, and because of the range of muscles in use, skiing is a great way to get fit quick.2:Cold With the temperature on most slopes fairly low, your body will work (even with ski gear on) more than it would in warm weather.3:Water loss A slight negative offten mistaken for fat wight loss, water loss is due to large amounts of excersise makiking the b. It\\\'s VERY IMPORTANT to stay hydrated i could get through at least 2litres a day while skiing on average. I\\\'ve seen quite a few people who think they have lost a stone, but finnish a weeks skiing dehydrated. a large percentage of the weight they lost was water. Which can be potentially dangerous.Skiing is a fantastic, fun, social way to keep fit and loose weight, just make sure that you stay hydrated to reap the benefits.thanks, h .-= harry@unique gifts s last blog .. =-.
